ITIL® Intermediate Training

Following ITIL® Foundation certification, ITIL® Intermediate certification training is a mandatory step to lead IT service management decisions in your organization. The wide range of modules at ITI®L Intermediate level is broadly classified into two categories – Service LifeCycle and Service Capability. You can pick the modules to get the best mix and match of the management and technical knowledge and skills; collectively scoring minimum credit count of 17.

Service LifeCycle modules prepare you to focus on the managerial skills or work across different teams.

The modules are as follows:

  • Service Design (SD)
  • Service Transition (ST)
  • Service Operation (SO)
  • Continual Service Improvement (CSI)

Service Capability modules are designed to imbibe expertise in you for one or more processes, focusing on day-to-day interaction and execution of IT practices.

The modules are as follows:

  • Operational Support and Analysis (OSA)
  • Planning, Protection and Optimization (PPO)
  • Release, Control and Validation (RCV)
  • Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA)
