DCS (Distributed Control System) and Panel Designing training imparts the skills for handling process automation. The training provides detailed study along with practical applications on DCS architecture and applications. Further included is the comprehensive working knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) commonly known as AC drives along with control panel system designing. Participants will get the exposure of AutoCAD for designing electrical wiring and control panel. Different types of switches, controls, circuit breaker, and other components required for control panel designing are also explained in this training program.
At the end of the training the individuals should be able to demonstrate:
- Understanding the components, hardware classification, and application of industrial automation
- Ability to use design the hardware architecture of DCS
- Specify AC motor, AC drives, and its associated circuitry
- Design control panel system
- Use AutoCAD for control panel and electrical wiring designing
- Follow general wiring guidelines and implement electrical protection
- Handle load management and troubleshooting of control circuit in live panels
