Glimpse of ITIL Certification Levels

Foundation Level: It is the initial level of qualification which provides knowledge about elements terminologies and basic concepts in the ITIL service lifecycle. Practitioner Level: The next level is Practitioner Level which helps to upgrade the skills and ability of individuals to adopt and adapt ITIL in organizations. Intermediate Level: Once you complete the above two level, the next level is Intermediate level which has a modular structure with each module providing a different focus on IT Service Management. Expert Level: This level is intended for those who are willing to demonstrate their knowledge of the ITIL Scheme in its entirety. You will receive a certificate once you complete this level. Master Level: to accomplish master level, you must be able to justify your personal selection and how you implement range of principles, methods and techniques to get desired outcomes in one or more practical assignments.
