Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training is a structured approach, focusing on the improvement methodology enabling the statistical decision making. Using the DMAIC model, the course focuses on the principals, tools, strategies, in conjunction with the tactics to achieve significant improvement with reduced cost and process variation. The participants will learn how to be sincerely play their roles in driving the projects and motivating the team to apply project management skills for impacting business positively.
